We are living in a noisy era and I can add it’s been like this for many centuries before this one but we can all agree that’s its getting worse. It’s important to get back to the surface and accepts times of boredom, it may seems like Lockdown was the worst thing that’s has happened in our lifetime but I assure you it’s the best thing, you can start looking at your life objectively.
If things are going smooth during times like this its means you on a right path but if you are hit a bit than that a wakeup call. From financial stand point its clearly means diversifying your investment might be a smart move. Personally you can start practice things like meditations and gym and really incorporate those on your life. Learn mantra’s and all, this are tools to deal with boredom at a highest level and really pay attention to your thoughts.

If you get too busy, make time to do nothing
You see this is not a public information, no one suggests this in their writings and YouTube videos. It’s all grind and hard work now, that’s ok and but I suggests you get in a zone to be at that’s work mode state so you can switch from your work life, home life and your own physic personal life that’s is at individual level. The phone might be the 1st thing you might need to control and really cut it usage during this time.
I have eliminated the noise on my phone and I constantly find myself bored every moment and then something amazing happen I only think the thoughts that will propel me forward in life. That’s might not happen to you because the content you consume with your busy time and people you hang with don’t put any good information to your mind , you might want to change that’s as well so you will have good ideas and breakthrough during this boredom time.
Having pen and paper always in your disposal can be really be helpful , and don’t think sleeping put you in a mode of doing nothing that’s not true ,your body and mind is always busy and create dreams and nightmare at night mess with your heartbeat a bit.
You will see you have a negative habits when you are bored
I experienced this, if you have extra cash at hand you hurt yourself with it, but if you have a strong will power and discipline you are able to choose apples over hot dog to buy and eat that’s moment. Same to boredom, access to porn or movies and internet entertainment can lead you to want to spend your time doing those things in your free time you set to do nothing. I suggest you fight this urges that’s drives you to want to relax this way. I repeat hit pushups and go hard and couple of sets, play a self-improvement audiobook while you are doing that’s. To those who smokes I know you guys always have something to pass time and that’s not nothing , don’t roll that’s blunt even a snap is way better to your doing nothing time but make sure it doesn’t fall to lazy time. If you have something to do during your nothing time and its urgent please do it and make up for that’s loss time. Hanging out with gents or ladies and talking might seems good at the moment but it will mess with all your growth and beliefs.
Something fascinate me, I have a friend we used to be close really close but since I evolve and grow from every aspect of my life, he no longer want to hang with me the pressure I put on him is too much and I understand and that became a blessing in disguise because instead of going to hang with him I listen to audio book or be busy in my music studio work. Now I have learned to mix my songs because that’s used to be his work but since he no longer want to see me then I keep my distance.
Other friend of mine bought dogs and now I’m scared of dog’s .I don’t like them but it’s nothing personal so I can’t visit that’s friend as well and others are far from where I live so ,now I’m responsible for the company coming into my life because I’m no longer going anywhere. I want you reading to pay attention to all of those who you try to squeeze yourself in their lives, is it worth it. Obviously friendship is nice and important, but now since there is a new distance you can also distance yourself emotionally, sometimes we help our friends because we know their daily routine but now since there is this gab when he/ she needs help its won’t be coming from a friend stand point, that’s might be a way for that’s person to use you on something that’s no longer exist.
You can be able to be proactive rather than reactive
If you can learn this skill alone to accept boredom, you can stop reacting to other peoples reasons for you to get out, you can plan things ahead and really take charge of most of your actions. And this time can open a window for you to re-access what’s really working and where your efforts is spent.
I started writing this blogs , while I had a nice job where I stay inside my work place and go at home only in weekends ,finish work at 16:00 every day ,I’ll hit a gym ,cook ,bath and write then when I sleep I put an interesting TV series that’s will help me fall asleep. Now I’m no longer at that’s job, I’m home now and my life is back and I can do everything I want with my time but it’s would be a big mistake giving up on this project . I’m proactive about it, with that’s said no matter where your life takes you, have this nothing time installed in you, walk around and get your mind thinking.

As human being we were not made to do nothing, so this time you will have your mind fighting you to do something. And this is the purpose of this moment to figure out what’s to do with your time. Last week while we still at Lockdown I found myself bored and don’t know what’s to do ,but I am a person of principles lot of things comes up as a good action like visiting a friend but I make myself a oath never go to someone not knowing what’s you going to do to him.
Why I wrote this controversial topic
From a workaholic view or burn outs that’s might be a thing but people who are moving at that’s pace has a great work ethic and I recommend it. Reading and writing is working too so to all people who like to work physically, move to other skills like listening and really pay attention and connects all the necessary dots to things you listening to .If your girlfriend or spouse talk, be able to process in their tone what’s important and what’s not, Back to the topic, the reason I wrote this I saw a guy I look up too really get frustrated when pandemic began and everything around it.
Since he had to stop working and all the systems he is involved in gat hited a bit now seeing him trying to convince authority to open the doors of work, made me realize there is never one dope strategy to live life and workaholic is really not one of them, that’s why smart should come through and really get away from things that’s seems to make up your life.
At home they call me, the moment I leave home for 2 days and that’s ok but at some point they should see me leaving and really get disconnected a bit intentionally, why? Because circumstances can do this as well, so why we are not practicing as people? They why we take so much hit when a family member passes, we don’t anticipate this moments. Family is important but balance is really recommended, I love my mother and father but the fact that’s I don’t live with them is a real relief the pain is not the same.
So you can count your blessings during that’s time
Social media has become our diaries, but this things disappear and they are now trying to monitor our memories and that’s good but even if you find yourself having amnesia those memories won’t resonate with you. Memories worth remembering you will always remember so, I suggest you don’t take social media’s features seriously and embed them too much in your life.
Have offline tools instead, if you download an offline calendar even if the company who made it, closes you will remain having it. Back to the subtitle Blessings, do you make time to be thankful for things you have achieved? If you too busy you cannot do that’s and moving forward you can’t keep up because you won’t have a north star, you just drifting through life.
Gratitude and be conscious of things that’s are going well in your life, can be a cool realization. I always heard that’s successful rich people hit a gym and trying that’s has showed me wonders, I once hit a gym and felt so fresh and I saw that’s right now I’m really healthy. I can add don’t overdo things, that’s their impact can be undercut by other life challenges. Hitting 2hrs of gym and 0 on your finances is not a smart way to spend your do nothing time.
Stop thinking and start strategizing, I thought strategy was a critical thing a person can do but all it is, is plan of action now thinking is important because you going to think though the strategy .Bu saying I’m thinking of buying a car, is far from saying on December I’m buying a car because I’m saving R4000 a month and my Bonus is so much if I put it, I can get the car I’m aiming for. Now that’s strategy my brothers and sisters.
